Fr. Enzowas born in the United States. After spending his childhood in Pittsburgh, he returned with his family to Italy. He bacme a Passionist in 1991 and was ordained in 1996. He holds a Licentiate in Moral Theology, a Master’s Degree in Human Resources, a Certification in Catholic Bioethics and a PhD in Catholic Healthcare Ethics from Duquesne University. His dissertation was The Contribution of Pope Francis’ Integral Ecology on Global Ethics. He has held positions of leadership in Italy and in the USA and is a well-known preacher. In Italy, he worked in Naples, ministering to the marginalized with the Community of Sant’Egidio. He worked in Haiti with marginalized youth in the slum of Cite Soleil. During COVID-19 he served as a chaplain at a nursing home in the Bronx, NY. He is Provincial Consultor and is serving the Parish of Our Saviour in Manhattan, NY, with a special focus towards the homeless in collaboration with the Community of Sant’Egidio.
