Passionist Mission to a Suffering World: Historical Reflections on the Occasion of the 48th General Chapter

  • 10/21/2024
  • 6:00 PM - 7:00 PM

"The passion of Jesus is a sea of sorrows but it is also an ocean of love."

This meditative phrase written by Passionist founder St. Paul of Cross (1694-1775) will be a source of motivation for the international representative of the Passionsts when they gather in Rome from October 6 -27, 2024. Addressed will be how some 1,890 priests, brothers (2020), and many lay men and women, in 61 countries reinvigorate their diversified ministries, life in common and elect a Superior General for the next six years.

Join with Passionist Father Rob Carbonneau, C.P., as he reflects on the changing dynamics of history that have impacted Passionist General Chapters since 1900.

No registration necessary.
