  Together in Mission: Living the Charism in Our Daily Work is an onboarding program designed to welcome new employees within the Passionist Family and help them connect their professional roles with the heart of the Passionist mission. 

  Through story, shared reflection and conversation, the program invites a sense of belonging and explores the foundations of our Passionist mission and ministries. Participants will deepen their understanding of the Passionist charism and discover how it inspires compassion, presence and service in our everyday work. 

  To register for this session, please have the hiring manager/administrator notify the Province Offices of your new team members here.

  We are pleased to invite you to join us for another series of the Passionist Family Formation eLearning — a journey of faith, reflection, and discovery for our Passionist Family.

  Beginning September 10, 2026, we will gather monthly with an  inspiring and engaging presenter, who will share their insights, experiences, and wisdom on topics that connect our faith with the challenges and opportunities of today.

  Sessions are on second Thursday of the month and scheduled as follows: 7:30 -9:00 PM Eastern Time 6:30 -8:00 PM Central Time 5:30 -7:00 PM Mountain Time 4:30 -6:00 PM Pacific Time

  Whether you have been part of the series before or are joining us for the first time, we invite you to be part of this shared experience of learning, prayer, and renewal. It is an opportunity to connect with others, reflect on our faith, and continue growing in the spirit of St. Paul of the Cross.

  The live Together in Mission events are currently only available to new employees of Holy Cross Province ministry locations. While we don’t currently have any scheduled, board members and volunteers will be notified as we add programs to fit their roles.

  

  Together in Mission live events includes (4) 1 to 1.5 hour Zoom sessions consisting of faith sharing and charism content shared by members of the OCF team.

  All new employees within Holy Cross Province should attend four sessions:

  1. Advent (December) (remembering Paul’s Advent Retreat where he wrote the rule)
  2. Lent (March) (remembering that the Congregation was approved by Rome)
  3. June (the charism permeates our everyday, ordinary lives)
  4. October (the month of Paul’s Feast Day)

  Once the Province Office is notified of new employees, they are automatically registered for this program and should begin with the next scheduled session. Once they have completed four sessions, they have completed their mandatory training. We encourage all employees to continue attending offerings from the OCF.
